Paying for Goods and Services
School district personnel shall not enter into a contract or pay a bill until it has been authorized by the Business Manager and such expenditure or contract is:
A. within budgetary limits.
B. has been made within approved purchasing policies and regulations.
C. for equipment, material, or supplies certified by the school business official or designee as received in acceptable condition
D. for a service that has been properly completed.
