Bylaws of the Board

Duties of Individual Members

Every member of the Board shall attend all regular, special, and adjourned meetings of the Board.

Every member present when a question is put shall vote unless excused by the Chairperson.  The Chairperson, also, shall have the right to vote on all matters.
