Bylaws of the Board

Formulation, Adoption, Amendment of Bylaws

Proposed new bylaws and suggested amendments to or revision of existing bylaws may be adopted by a majority vote of all members of the Board of Education. This will usually occur during the second of two regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Education not less that four (4) weeks apart in the calls for which meeting the proposed additions, amendments, or revisions shall have been described in writing.
