Responsible Use Agreement for Students in Grades K through 3

I accept responsibility to abide by the Responsible Use Agreement and agree to follow these rules:

1.  I will use the computer resources in a respectful, responsible, and safe manner at all times.

2.  I will use the computer only under the supervision of my teacher or another staff member.

3.  I will use the computer resources only for educational and research purposes.

4.  I will not type in my last name, address, or phone number when using the Internet.

5.  I will follow my classroom and computer room rules while using any computer.

6.  I will not access my home e-mail from school.

7.  If I do not follow these rules, I know that I may lose my privilege to use the computers at school.

8.  I know that I may be disciplined for not following the rules in the Responsible Use Agreement, and that I may have to pay for any damage I cause by my misuse of these resources.

My parents and my teachers explained these rules to me. I understood these rules, and I will follow them when I use the computer at school.
