Evaluation for Special Education

The Board of Education ensures that each student who has been referred and who may require special education and related services will be evaluated in order to determine whether special education is required.  Each student receiving special education and related services will be re-evaluated at least once every 3 years.  A re-evaluation will be conducted upon request of the parents/guardians or personnel working with the student provided the student's educational performance indicated the need for a re-evaluation.
